Drop Egg Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (13 oz.) can chicken broth
1 stalk celery with leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
dash of ground ginger
1 well beaten egg
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine the chicken broth, the celery with leaves, green onion, bottled hot sauce and the ginger.
Bring mixture to boiling.
Slowly pour the beaten egg into the soup. Stir once, gently, so the egg forms thin shreds.
Remove from heat.
Serve the soup immediately.
Serves 2.
