Ingredients

1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. crushed unsalted peanuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (10-inch) chocolate cookie crust
Preparation

Combine ice cream, peanut butter, 1/4 cup peanuts and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well.
Turn into crust and sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Freeze.
Serve with hot fudge and whipped topping, if desired.
