Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, remove stems and chop fine
    1/4 lb. loose sausage
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. parsley, chopped fine
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    enough hot water to make moist
    salt to taste
    dash of garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Brown sausage, stems, onion and parsley.
    Add butter, bread crumbs, egg, water, salt, garlic powder and poultry seasoning. Stuff mushrooms and place on buttered cookie sheet. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
