Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 small clove garlic, chopped
6 long, hard rolls, split and toasted
Preparation

Mix beef, sausage, bread crumbs, egg, onion and salt.
Shape into 24 balls.
Brown and drain off fat.
Combine soup, water and garlic and pour over meatballs.
Cover and cook over low heat, 20 minutes.
Serve on rolls.
