Mince Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. beef or venison
    5 lb. apples
    2 lb. raisins
    2 oranges, grind up
    3 c. brown sugar
    a little salt
    6 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. cloves
Preparation
    Put meat through grinder; dice apples.
    Cook until apples are soft; then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Cook in wine or cider.
    Can or freeze.
