Quick-Baked Pasta Family Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground beef
3 whole cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
3/4 c. Red Mariara or spaghetti sauce
3/4 c. brown gravy
1/2 c. half and half
1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese, freshly grated
1 tsp. dried rosemary
salt and pepper
3/4 lb. Penne Pasta
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated (topping)
Preparation

Bring 4 quarts water to boil.
Heat a large frying pan and add the oil, beef and garlic.
Saute until the meat is tender and then drain excess fat.
Add all remaining ingredients except cheese for topping.
Add pasta to water.
Simmer the mixture while pasta cooks until just barely tender.
Drain pasta and mix it with the sauce.
Pour all into 3 quart glass rectangle dish and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Great to freeze then microwave.
