Sherried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, halved and salted
    3 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drain and save juice
    1 pkg. chicken gravy mix
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1 c. sour cream
    rice
Preparation
    Lightly sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt; brown in butter in heavy skillet.
    Transfer to baking dish; pour mushroom liquid and sherry over chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove from oven and transfer chicken to serving dish.
    Measure pan drippings back into skillet and add water if necessary to make 1 1/4 cups liquid.
    Blend chicken gravy mix into liquid; bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Blend in sour cream and mushrooms; when sauce is smooth and hot, pour over chicken breasts.
    Serve with hot rice.
