"Red" Route 66 Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hamburger
    2 1/2 oz. chili seasoning
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Crumble hamburger meat into covered pan.
    Add tomato sauce and water.
    Bring to a boil and let simmer for 3 hours.
    When nearly done, remove lid and let boil down to proper consistency.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with side dishes of Ranch Style beans and diced onion.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
