Volcano Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes (green)
    4 red peppers
    4 large onions
    1 green pepper
    1 stalk celery
    1 jalapeno
    8 c. sugar
    4 tsp. mustard seed
    4 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. turmeric
    6 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Chop vegetables.
    Put together in bowl; salt.
    Set for 3 hours.
    Boil vinegar, sugar, turmeric, mustard seed and celery seed.
    Add chopped, drained vegetables.
    Bring to a boil.
    Fill jars, using slotted spoon, and seal.
    Makes 10 pints.
