Ingredients

2 c. almonds
1 c. pecans (walnuts)
1/2 c. filberts
1 egg white
2 Tbsp. cold water
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Blend spices, egg and water; beat until frothy.
Add nuts, 1/2 cup at a time.
Butter cookie sheet.
Spread nuts in a single layer on cookie sheet.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Store in airtight container.
