Hard Candy Or Lollipops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2/3 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. water
flavoring and food coloring (to your desire)
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients in large saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Boil, without stirring, until temperature reaches 310\u00b0.
Remove from fire.
After the boiling has ceased, stir in flavoring and food coloring.
Pour into sucker molds or into lightly greased sheet.
Cool and break into pieces.
