Mom'S Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    salt
    dash of yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Roll to 1/8-inch thickness on a floured board.
    Let dry for about 2 hours, turning once so both sides can dry.
    Dust off flour.
    Roll as thin as possible.
    Cut in thin strips.
    Drop into boiling chicken broth.
    Cook about 30 minutes.
