Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
5 to 6 small yellow squash
1/2 stick butter or oleo
1 c. grated cheese
1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
-
Cut up squash and cook in water to which the flavoring packet from the Stove Top has been added.
Cook until squash is tender. Add dry ingredients from Stove Top.
Place in casserole dish.
Top with cheese.
Put in oven or microwave long enough to melt cheese.
