Lemon Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. lemon rind, ground
1/3 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until thick. Add sugar gradually and beat.
Add butter, lemon rind and juice.
Fold this into the whipped cream. Serves 8.
