Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts
    oil
    2 c. onions
    1 green pepper
    minced garlic
    1 can mushrooms
    2 cans tomato sauce with tomato chunks
    1 can Hunt's herb sauce
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts and set aside.
    Fry vegetables with garlic and drain.
    Combine vegetables with other ingredients and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Prepare 2 boxes chicken flavored rice; serve chicken over.
