Herb Flavored Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
3 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Beat egg and milk until blended.
Combine bread crumbs and cheese.
Dip pork chops in crumbs, then in egg mixture, then in crumbs again.
Brown chops in hot oil.
Pour off drippings.
Spoon mushroom soup over chops.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
