Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. mushrooms (thin slice)
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 pkg. frozen spinach (10 oz. chopped)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream (room temperature)
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef. Add mushrooms, garlic and oregano. Stir-fry about 5 minutes. Add spinach and heat until thawed and juices are cooked away (about 10). Spoon into buttered casserole dish and scatter cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
