Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Heat about 3/4-inch oil in flat pan like a large skillet. Swirl in oil with funnel.
Hold finger over hole to fill funnel. Brown on one side then flip and brown on other side.
Sprinkle with 10x sugar.
