Lemon Broiled Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. scallops
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Place scallops in a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Baste scallops with one-half of this mixture.
    Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
    Turn scallops and baste with remaining sauce.
    Broil 5 minutes more. Serves 2.
