Mushroom Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. onions
    3 oz. can mushrooms
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. radiatore pasta, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saute onions, sausage and garlic until golden brown in oil. Cut sausage links into 3.
    Pour in tomato paste, tomato sauce, mushrooms (with juice) and seasonings.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
