Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
    Ritz cheese crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in small pan about 5 minutes; drain well.
    Mix with soup, egg, cheese and margarine.
    Pour into a baking dish. Top with crushed crackers and dot with butter.
    Bake at
    350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
