Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head lettuce, shredded
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 (17 oz.) can small early peas, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

In a large casserole dish, layer the vegetables in order.
Mix sour cream and Miracle Whip and spread over the top of the vegetables.
Garnish with cheese and bacon.
Refrigerate before serving.
