No Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. butter
    7 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine sugar, milk and butter.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add Marshmallow Creme and chocolate pieces, stirring, until well mixed.
    Stir in nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Chill until firm.
