Tomato And Salmon Bisque(Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. tomato puree or fresh tomatoes, blenderized with nothing added
    3/4 lb. fresh salmon steaks, boned, skinned, cut into small chunks
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 c. skim milk
    black pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add onion and saute until clear.
    Add flour and cook until light brown.
    Add water, tomato puree, salmon
    and parsley.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add milk and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Before serving, add pepper and salt to taste.
    Serves 6.
