Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. haddock
    5 potatoes, peeled
    1 large onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 large can tomato juice
    pepper to taste
    parsley to taste
Preparation
    Pour 1/4 to 1/2 inch milk in glass baking dish with fish fillets. Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets. Pour milk off of fish and sprinkle bread crumbs and dots of butter on fish. Place under broiler 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
