Beef Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, beat down with plate or cleaver
    1/2 c. shredded carrots, cooked
    2 oz. grated Swiss cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
    1 small onion, sauteed, cooked and drained
    pinch of crushed garlic
Preparation
    After sauteing onions add other vegetables.
    Cut beef to make roll.
    In each place cheese with onion mixture on top; then roll up and secure with toothpick.
    Saute meat well in butter.
    Make gravy and serve with noodles on rice.
