Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. potatoes, cubed
1 c. carrots, diced
1 can corn (whole kernel)
1 can peas
1 large can tomato juice
1 Tbsp. oil
1 qt. cabbage, shredded
1 c. celery, diced
1 can green beans
1 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook the potatoes, carrots, cabbage and celery about 15 or 20 minutes. Add corn, beans, peas, onion, salt, oil and tomato juice. Cook 15 minutes or until onion is done.
