Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked and cooled Crisco single pie crust
    3 egg yolks
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
    1/2 tsp. ReaLemon lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
    yellow food coloring (optional)
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, rind and food coloring if desired.
    Pour into prepared crust; bake for 8 minutes.
    Cool. Chill.
    Spread with whipped cream.
    Garnish as desired.
