Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 1/2-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar gradually.
Add next 5 ingredients and mix well.
Pour into unbaked shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
It will be slightly wiggly in the middle but will firm up as it cools.
Serve with whipped cream.
