Parmesan Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 egg yolk
    2 tsp. cream or milk
    1 c. grated Parmesan (fresh is best) or more if you want
Preparation
    In an electric mixer (Cuisinart) beat butter, cream cheese and salt until smooth.
    Work in flour with fingers or fork.
    Flatten dough in tinfoil to form an 8 x 6-inch rectangle and chill overnight.
