Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bell peppers
    ground beef
    cooked rice
    bread crumbs
    tomatoes (canned)
    eggs
    grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    onions, finely chopped
    dash of garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Wash, clean and scoop out inside of peppers. Drop in boiling water for approximately 5 to 10 minutes; drain.
    Stuff peppers with mixture of remainder of ingredients.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or wrap in tin foil, freeze and heat frozen peppers for a longer period of time.
