Aunt Flossie'S Hot Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 heads cabbage
    4 bell peppers
    4 large onions
    4 lb. sugar
    2 lb. hot peppers
    1 gal. red vinegar
Preparation
    Chop all ingredients.
    Place in large enamel pot.
    Add sugar, then pour vinegar over all.
    Stir with wooden spoon.
    Bring to a rolling boil.
    Turn off heat.
    Have jars hot.
    Fill and seal. Makes 13 pints.
