Soft Enchiladas Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mild taco sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1 can milk
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    8 tortillas
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion; season with salt and pepper.
    Add taco sauce.
    Heat chicken soup and milk.
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Tear 4 soft tortillas into bite size pieces and cover bottom of casserole.
    Add 1/2 of meat, 1/2 of soup and 1/2 of cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
