Bruce'S Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chuck roast
2 onions, chopped
5 cloves garlic, crushed
2 bottles chili sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
8 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tsp. crushed red pepper
4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 c. catsup
2/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Cook chuck roast in crock-pot until you can shred the beef. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking in crock-pot for several hours.
