Super Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. thin sliced potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. green onions, sliced
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place potatoes in greased 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish. Make a white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and seasonings. Add cheese and onions; stir until cheese is melted.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
