Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans refried beans (with chiles)
    3 ripe avocados, mashed with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 bunch sliced green onions (tops too)
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped small
    1 can black olives, sliced thin
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix the sour cream, mayo and taco mix.
    Place on a large platter or glass baking dish, layer by layer.
