Elaina'S Favorite Strawberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Thaw strawberries.
    Mix all ingredients except pecans with an electric mixer.
    Fold in nuts.
    Line muffin pans with paper baking cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 22 to 25 minutes.
    Use toothpick test for doneness.
    Makes approximately 15 average sized muffins.
