Tuna Plate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Neufchatel cheese
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
    1 tsp. onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    2 (6 oz.) cans tuna in water, drained
Preparation
    Blend together.
    Pack into a small bowl or mold and chill for 2 hours or until firm.
    Invert on a serving platter and surround with crackers or wedges of pita bread.
    For variety, replace chili sauce with one of the following: well-drained relish, soy sauce or salad dressing.
    Whatever you add, be sure basic cheese and tuna mixture remains thick enough to firm by chilling.
