Emerald Isle Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. stew meat
5 carrots, chopped
3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 stalks celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
pepper to taste
Preparation

In Dutch oven, medium heat, heat oil until hot; add beef. Cook and stir until browned on all sides.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, for 1 1/2 hours or until meat and veggies are tender. Makes 6 servings.
