Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
5 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cumin and oregano, combined
1 3/4 Tbsp. garlic and onion powder, combined
2 tsp. (almost) paprika
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cans water
salt
Preparation
-
Brown meat and drain.
Put in pot and add tomato sauce, water and spices.
Cover and simmer, the longer the better.
To thicken chili, mix in a jar 1/4 cup of water and flour.
Shake to get out lumps.
Use as needed.
