Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon
    1 egg
    1 tsp. margarine
    diced onion
    celery and carrots
    14 saltine crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Put salmon in a dish.
    You may remove bone and skin.
    Add whipped egg, onion, celery, carrot, butter and crackers.
    If dry, add a little milk.
    Blend well.
    Make into patties.
    Fry on both sides until brown.
