Apple Wedge Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 (7 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    tart red and green apples (unpeeled), cut into wedges for dipping
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
    Stir in pineapple, dates and nuts.
    Cover and refrigerate up to 48 hours.
    Serve with apple wedges.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Also good with pears.
