Island Treasures(Marinated Shrimp) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 c. peanut or corn oil
    1/3 c. chopped fresh ginger
    1 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
    2/3 c. dry sherry
    1/3 c. lime juice
    1 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except shrimp.
    Bring to rapid boil for 2 minutes; cool to room temperature.
    Cover shrimp with marinade; chill for 3 hours.
    Drain shrimp and serve.
