Cooked Mixed Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. carrot
    1 c. cauliflower
    1 c. broccoli
    1/2 c. celery
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring water, salt and margarine to boil.
    Add vegetables. Bring to boil again and turn heat down low.
    Simmer until all vegetables are tender (about 15 minutes).
    Serve while hot.
