My Mother'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/4 c. flavored bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. bottled horseradish
1/4 tsp. dried leaf thyme
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
pepper
1/2 c. canned tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with foil. Coat foil with nonstick cooking spray.
