Blueberry Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf bread (1-inch cubes, no crust)
    1 c. blueberries
    2 to 4 oz. Mascarpone cheese
    12 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. maple syrup
Preparation
    In 13 x 9-inch pan, buttered, place 1/2 of cubes.
    Spoon Mascarpone cheese.
    Sprinkle blueberries.
    Then add rest of bread cubes, mixed eggs, milk and syrup.
    Pour over.
    Chill overnight. Bake 350\u00b0 covered with foil for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
