Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. sour cream
    approximately 2 c. cooked noodles
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions.
    Pour off any grease.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, uncovered. Add soup and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and cooked noodles.
    (Adjust quantity to personal taste.) Sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 4 generous servings.
