Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    32 oz. jar prepared spaghetti sauce
    15 oz. carton Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    20 oz. pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. chives
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 jar mushroom pieces
Preparation
    Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, chives and oregano; set aside. Brown and drain ground chuck.
    Add mushrooms and spaghetti sauce and cook at least 20 minutes on low.
    Layer sauce, lasagna noodles (uncooked), Ricotta cheese mixture and Mozzarella.
    Sprinkle top with Parmesan.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
