Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 tsp. cognac or brandy
    12 large strawberries
Preparation
    In a double boiler, combine the chocolate, butter and cognac over moderate heat.
    Melt the mixture, stirring frequently until smooth, about 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
