Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 c. green onions, chopped
2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Boil the potatoes in jackets. Refrigerate until cool enough to peel and grate in baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste.
In saucepan, melt the other ingredients and pour over the potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
